The rustproof aluminum handle is a standout feature, offering durability and hygiene. It can even be sterilized by boiling—a level of heat resistance and sanitation not typically possible with conventional Japanese knives. This design addresses common drawbacks found in traditional Japanese kitchen knives, such as rusting, handle decay, loosening, and hygiene issues.
