Forged from DSR1K6 stainless steel by the skilled hands of Seki blacksmiths, the blade offers not only exceptional sharpness but also impressive strength and durability. While the handle appears solid, it surprises with the smooth texture of natural wood, providing a comfortable, gentle grip.

Instead of being painted, the handle is finished with pure walnut oil, giving it a subtle, elegant sheen. The blade is seamlessly embedded into the center of the handle, secured with two small metal pins in a Scandinavian-inspired design, adding a vibrant character to the Morinoki line.
